Personal Invite to Dynamic Workshop

Comments

Here's some advice for the leading leader of leading leaders: get some rest before the webinar.

Julia's reaction when you are using the word "dynamic" is hilarious and priceless.

Not one word can describe that invite. Many words maybe, just not one........

I imagine there will be refreshments as I hear them being prepared in the background?

You can't fool me. It doesn't snow in Florida. That snowman mug is a fake!

I hate to admit it, but I wasn't really all that interested in this webinar thing before. But a lot can happen in 53 seconds.

Now I'm feeling energized, and motivated, and excited! I'm looking forward with great anticipation, and can't wait to take part in it!

brilliant

that's a nice mug you have there.

i love being able to laugh at something so early in the morning. makes the day start off right. thank you!

I like the mug too.

Rats! Now I'm REALLY upset about having to miss it. I was going to go to a planning meeting for free school supplies and medical/dental exams for needy children, but maybe I'll skip it and watch this instead. It sounds more dynamic than a 2-hour meeting.

Wingnut Central, here we come! (I mean that in a really, really good way). :)

[From Brant: That's AWESOME.

Shapevine was asking me for a "show name." I just said "Live from Kamp Krusty" or something.

"Wingnut Central". Aw, yeah. "Wingnut Central."

Sweet.]

Your daughter made me want to come. She's got a lot of energy and is very dynamic. If she is the result of your awesomely bold leadership, then ... I'm so there. Will you be giving away snowman mugs as promotional memorabilia?

cool, i just saw uncle jesse from "full house".

OMG Jeph. I thought I was the only one who noticed the "Stamos-ness" of Brant.

In some countries' slang, "mug" means "face".
So, was that Julia's nice mug you called your favourite (as you hid it with some kind of cup), or your own?

[From Brant: I thought she was saying I had a nice face. And then I remembered I showed off my coffee mug. Rats.]

Been there, done that, now where's my free t-shirt?

BTW, I had an awesomely good time! :D

you look like dr. gaius baltar. is that what your seminar, excuse me, webinar is about?

Brant looks like ............Baltar from Battlestar Galactica?????????

OMGosh......he does...........ROTFL!

Actually, I think he looks like Robt. Downey JR. That was just my first thought when it started up: Is this a trailer for "Iron Man"?

Baltar is scruffy-looking, too, but in a more refined, British way.

Thanks for the webinar coach - I took my leadership to the next level at it. So when do you start taking enrollment applications for the ABA - Awesomely Bold Academy?

Though it was not requested, I thought I would offer a review of the webinar thing, for the benefit of those who could not attend:

Imagine if you will, this little scenario: It's Tuesday night at the church, and as usual the youth group gathers on the church grounds, next to the main sanctuary. But on this night, a miscommunication between the youth pastor (who is out of town on vacation) and one of his assistants causes a slight problem. The kids all show up, but no adults or authority figures are present.

Not a problem, though. One of the kids, whose dad is an elder there, has a key to the main sanctuary, and lets everyone into the building. After a while of everyone standing around bored, one of the kids says "Hey, I know how to turn on the lights and sound system."

So he does, and much abuse of the equipment and adolescent hijinks occurs. Eventually one of the more mature kids realizes that they should probably disperse, before somebody catches them and tells their parents what is happening. Slowly, the kids trickle back out onto the streets, where they are less likely to break expensive equipment.

In a virtual way, it was basically pretty much like that.

your dog stole the show.

crazy eyes!
